We are grateful to the Jessica Beath Foundation for their generous offer of a $15,000 holiday match fund!

This match gift will help us raise the support we need to continue our mission throughout Central Virginia. In June of last year we launched a critical new program. Each month we partner with Mobile Vet Solutions to offer free spay, neuter, and rabies vaccine clinics. We average about 35 animals per clinic, at a cost of roughly $4,500 per month. Spay and neuter services are one of the most effective ways to slow the overpopulation of unwanted pets, and we are committed to making these services accessible.

Along with this new program, we continue to provide:

• Monthly free mobile pet food drives

• Veterinary care for owned community pets in need

• Insulated dog houses for outside dogs

• Community outreach in under-resourced neighborhoods with pet food, flea and tick prevention, fencing, dog houses, water buckets, collars, and more

• A foster and adoption program that takes in dogs from overcrowded shelters across Virginia, including dogs at risk of euthanasia and dogs living on chains or in neglectful conditions

Your donation will be matched dollar for dollar by the Jessica Beath Foundation and will help us continue this work into 2026.
